Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in The Pas, MB. In this position, you will oversee daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer experience and achievement of sales goals. Responsibilities include managing store staff, implementing company policies, handling inventory, executing retail loss prevention strategies, and addressing customer needs. You will lead by example to foster a positive and efficient work environment while promoting customer satisfaction and store profitability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with the team and engage effectively with customers
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a retail environment or related sector preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail management or business is a plus
