Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Edmonton, AB. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, training and mentoring the sales team, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will actively manage inventory, coordinate with other departments, and represent the dealership to maintain its reputation as a trusted automotive destination.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales management, team mentorship, and developing effective sales strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster customer relationships and lead a diverse team
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred, including knowledge of dealerships, inventory, and product offerings
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an asset but not mandatory
