Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the project schedule, ensuring adherence throughout the renovation project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the
Project Management
team, providing regular updates on project status, potential delays, and scope changes.
Lead a team of professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Engage in the coordination of trades and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships to optimize project efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on site.
Oversee
quality control
, ensuring all work meets client expectations and industry standards.
Skills and Experience:
Construction Expertise:
Proven experience in managing ICI renovation projects, from initiation to completion.
Leadership

Strong
leadership
abilities, with a track record of effectively managing project teams and ensuring project success.
Communication

to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years in
project management
within the construction industry, particularly with renovation projects.
Education:
